I have read all the ads and filled out all the forms and ordered every single diet plan and workout program, pill, potion, lotion, and even magic fairy dust. I tried Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, starvation, low carb, meatless, starchless, sugar free, and chemical free. My name is Amber. I am not a celebrity or a model. I am not a doctor or fitness guru.  I, like most red blooded American women, find that perfection is my enemy. I have always been “the curvy girl” or the “thick” girl my whole life.  I have diabetes, heart disease, and obesity in my family. So for obvious reasons, weight has been a concern since I was little. I minored in nutrition at the University of Houston and I did learn a lot. That most of what people tell you isn’t true and doesn’t work. You name it, I have tried it. Twice. The majority of today’s diet plans, just like yesterday’s, have a weak link in them. Usually it has to do with what they don’t tell you, not what they do. So why should you listen to me? Because I found what works. I can teach you how to not just lose weight, but change your metabolism, boost your immune system, and change your body’s capacity to function properly so that weight and health issues are no longer a concern. How can I teach you this? Because after 20 years of trying, I put all the information I learned together under a doctor’s care, made a success story of myself, and want to share with you.
